Clear pricing: Adrian will quote firm project prices (excluding expenses and VAT) given sufficient information.
Expenses: travel by car will be charged at the rate of 50 pence per mile travelled (plus VAT) and all other travel expenses (public transport, parking etc) at cost. Non-travel expenses are rarely charged.
Invoicing: each project will be invoiced on its completion.
Payment: all invoices from Adrian Higgs Copywriting will be due for payment in full within fourteen calendar days of their date of issue.
Late payment: in case of late payment, Adrian Higgs Copywriting may exercise its statutory right to charge interest and debt recovery costs. More detail on the relevant legislation is available here.
