How hard are your words working for you?
On the face of it, that's a rather odd question. Let's expand it a little.
Imagine you are one of your potential customers. Take a look at your website. Or your latest marketing piece. Or perhaps one of your brochures.
Is it engaging? Does it grab your imagination and make you want to read on? Does it clearly tell you how what it's selling will improve things for you?
If so, well done indeed. Very few organisations achieve this, even though there's absolutely no reason why they shouldn't.
